Custom Jersey Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of our
products, we do not accept returns for any reason other than
workmanship defects.
Please be certain of sizes, colors, and all aspects of
customization before
ordering.
If you are not sure for any
reason, please call, we'd be happy to answer any questions you may
have.
Blank Jersey Return Policy
All blank
hockey jersey returns
must have a Return Authorization Number.
Please contact us within 14 days
after receiving your order to request a Return Authorization Number
and for additional instructions for returning your items.
Requests
for returns received more than 14 days after receipt of merchandise
will not be accepted. A 25%
restocking charge applies to all returned items and the customer is
responsible for the shipping costs to return the items.
Original
shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not
accept returns on items that appear to have been used.
All
returned items must be in new condition. |
